Pop In The City New York

Pop in the City is an immersive, inflatable ‘bounce through’ experience. Spanning the length of a full block, it offers a colorful & energetic burst of awesome interactive fun, color and energy. The experience is fully interactive and combines fun and playful activity (think giant slides and giant ball pits) with awesome lighting and special effects. Photo opportunities are plentiful in this magical, abstract and somewhat surreal representation of New York, its people and its culture.

The event will take place at Broadway at Greeley Square Park. Between 32nd and 33rd Streets, Broadway and, 6th Ave, New York, NY 10001, United States

Each timed session lasts for 30 minutes which will give you enough time to experience all that Pop has to offer.

The event is held in an outdoor pop-up event space with an enclosed roof which provides cover from rain and wind.

Pop In The City is a rain or shine event and we won’t let some light rain stop the fun.

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook event page (sign up for updates for your town at https://www.facebook.com/popinthecityusa/events

Guests are advised to book tickets for their preferred time slot in advance. All sessions have a limited capacity and we anticipate most sessions will be sold out in advance.

Switching names is not a problem. As a reminder, during checkout you agreed that everyone who will be entering the inflatables was named on your booking. If the names of those attending have changed since you placed your order you will need to submit an updated waiver at https://waiver.fr/p-BPvhm
Please be sure to complete this updated waiver as soon as possible ahead of your visit as it is a requirement for admission.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted so long as requested before the start time of your session. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your session start time.

Guests can enter the attraction at any point during their timed session. If you arrive after your session has ended please contact customer service who will reschedule your session subject to availability.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up during event hours from our staff on site. After one week, valuables will be turned into the local police station and can be picked up there.

There is no age limit but children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Very young infants that will be worn/in a carrier whilst on the inflatables do not require a ticket.
